OK, SO WHAT FOOD CAN I EAT?

People ask me all the time, so what do you eat? I tell them that it is more about “what should you avoid!”

Health and eating is a very special relationship in the way that we look at what we want and what we really need. There are a few very important things that I would say, yes eat them on a daily basis and a lot. But just about everything that we do eat is most likely bad. Almost all the food taken in is of toxic mainstream farming methods, meaning your food source is grown in chemicals, by chemicals from chemicals. The water we use on these foods is most likely toxic as well.

So the first thing you want to rearrange is the source in which you shop for your foods. This, meaning that you will need to find ORGANICALLY-GROWN FOODS! From this source you will need to eat two healthy servings of organically grown salads per day, minimally. Next, make very sure that you choose to drink a lot of pure filtered water daily, between meals and not with it, especially if eating animal protein. I rarely eat animal protein! Three to four liters daily, depending on your body weight. See article, “Water is Killing You”. Use as much LIVE, UNCOOKED RAW VEGETABLES FROM ORGANIC SOURCES AS POSSIBLE – SPROUTING is great too! I simply pour Organic extra-virgin olive oil and / or organic cold-pressed Flax oil over the salad and add some Sea Salt (not sodium chloride/table salt!) which has a great taste and high in minerals and trace minerals and totally natural.

Drink 2 to 6 ounces of WHEATGRASS A DAY!!
