1. Returns will only be accepted with prior consent from Webnatura for damaged goods only. Please send an email to customerservice@webnatura.com to obtain authorization.
2. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
5. Customers returning product are responsible for all return postage.
6. Please enclose a copy of the invoice with the returned item.
7. If a package arrives damaged or defective please call us immediately as the package will need to be picked up by the Shipping Courier for inspection.
8. The new undamaged product will shipped out within 3 days of receiving damaged goods.
9. In the event we make an error we will gladly authorize the return of the product and pay for the return of item.
10. For your security, please return your package with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, and USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Webnatura is not responsible for items damaged, lost in transit, or any acts by the above carriers.
11. Items that are returned to us by shipper as “unclaimed” will be held for thirty (30) days. During that period we will attempt to contact you, and will resend the items for additional shipping charges. If you fail to respond to our contact(s) within the 30 day period, the item will be returned to our inventory to be resold without refund.
