TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIDA HEALTH AND WELLNESS RETREAT
Please read the following booking conditions carefully as the person making the booking is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these conditions on behalf of all the people in the booking.
Government taxes are included in our rates.
All our programs include meals, health treatments, necessary products and consultations.
All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
MAKING A RESERVATION
Please click on to the desired retreat program you wish to attend and check for your desired available date and then send an email to webnatura.com at “CONTACT US”. You will be contacted shortly with a confirmation of your request. Then you can purchase that specific retreat which will be held for you for 48 hours to allow you time to make this purchase. You will want to make airline plans at this same time as well.
ACCOMMODATIONS
All our programs are offered on a single occupancy basis with discounts for double, triple and group rates.
The accomodations are included in the total cost of the retreat you selected. Due to banking and merchant account regulations, all retreats selections are to be paid directly to the company. We will advise you once your specific retreat is confirmed.
You can confirm your stay with TIROL CHALET, COSTA RICA AT (U.S. Toll Free 1-800-720-1167 or 011-506-2267-6222) once we have confirm your slection and payment. You may also call for any questions pertaining to the hotel accomodations. Any specific questions regarding your stay, please contact us at webnatura.com.
MOBILES
Cell phones from anywhere outside of Costa Rica even those with an international chip will not work in Costa Rica unless you have an international roaming agreement that includes Costa Rica, with your service provider.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Check-in at Vida Health Wellness Retreat is at 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12 noon.
For early morning departures, please confirm transportation the previous day.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
A full refund, less a $100 processing fee, will be offered for cancellations made on or before the close of business, 45 days before each retreat. No refund will be offered for cancellations made with less than 45 days notice, if you do not show up, or if you leave a program early. A rescheduling option will be necessary in this case.
RESPONSIBILITY
Vida Health & Wellness Retreat reserves the right to cancel any program at any time; if Vida Health & Wellness Retreat cancels a program, you will receive a full refund for tuition and accommodations.
Please note that Vida Health & Wellness Retreat reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any booking made for a customer. Vida Health & Wellness Retreat also has the right to decline acceptance or to retain any customer if it appears that such person(s) is likely to endanger the health or safety, or impair the comfort and enjoyment of others at the Wellness Retreat. We do NOT accept responsibility whatsoever for the actions of third party suppliers of services. Any hotel, airline, transportation and/or service arrangements made directly by the travellers are done so at their own risk. The customer accepts full responsibility for losses and expenses due to delay, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or acts of God, which are not preventable by reasonable diligence. Please ask your reservation agent for any and all clarifications regarding this policy.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We recommend you contact your travel agent to purchase travel insurance in the event that you need to cancel or change your travel plans. This insurance will give you peace of mind and protect your investment against unforeseen professional and private circumstances that might arise.
