So what went wrong with our health and how did we get here in the first place? Why you and not someone else? Actually we are all in the same boat. It may not appear that way to you but we are. We are all exposed to generally the same array of chemicals, virus and bacteria’s, but of course, some more than others.
As cultures moved into a western civilization and industrialization in the 1900’s, we basically began destroying most all natural and organic forms of farming and began packaging of many consumable products with chemicals and preservatives. This meant that everything we ate, drank, used on our body and breathed was now associated with chemicals including smog in the air, food additives, food colorings, artificial flavors, artificial sweeteners, artificial preservatives, pasteurization and homogenization, just to name a few. The water content was no longer pure but ridden with chlorine and fluorine, not to mention numerous other microbial, parasites, virus and bacteria. All or most of your food is cooked and processed, with nice flavors to make you crave more, yet polluting your body with chemicals that you may never recover from.
Basically, everything we eat, drink, breath and apply to our body, is killing us. Then we get sick; go to the friendly doctor, who gives us a prescription for our disease or illness. We trust him, take the medicine and think we are better off and doing well. Wrong! This is the very mindset that got us to this place to begin with. It is not ok to take drugs/medications unless it is an emergency or you will die! Why? Because these drugs do not cure anything, (emergencies excluded) they are highly problematic and acidic with numerous side effects! The food industry is just as much to blame as the Pharmaceutical companies, as they are putting all the chemicals into their products creating these sicknesses because they are not intended for the human body and our body is affected adversely by these products and chemicals of all sorts. They know this is wrong bad but it taste good and has a long shelf life, not to mention that it is made to be very addictive and fattening by making our body crave more, just like they do with cigarettes. Bottom line is it sells more products!
Add all this with the car, truck, motorcycle, gasoline and diesel chemicals exhaust we breathe daily. The horrible chlorinated and fluorinated tap water we drink, bath in, shower in, use with our foods which are all highly toxic.
Take the very tooth paste you use, the soaps, shampoos, conditioners, deodorants, hair dyes and tints, make-up, creams, cleansers and creams for the skin, just to name a few, which are toxic with chemicals which have no business on your body or in your body. Please understand that anything you put onto your body will absorb into your body. The length of time and size of surface area, will predict the amount of substance being absorbed into your body.
Just know that everything you eat, drink, breathe and apply to your skin has a major effect on your health today, tomorrow and forever, creating illness and disease, then you die!
